PLAN
In the Plan phase information gathered during the assessment phase are map to the resources, configurations, and a timeline.

and to pilot and validate the migration approach while aligning on the long-term roadmap.

Once the plan is complete, begin provisioning and configuring the resources in preparation for the migration.
